First of all - the service was 5 stars. I had delivery issues on my end, not related to the factory but they assisted in temporary warehouse storage under challenging conditions when it was already half way to destination.  On the flooring itself, the installer was saying that the floors were challenging to install due to the click system, he tolerated a 0.1mm gap. As a layman, it is largely not possible to see but the floors are not for beginners, I think that is a fair assessment.  That said, quality is super high. The finnish and look transformed the place. Overall only took 2 days to install everything despite the added difficulty. 5 star service - 4 star product - only becuase of the unusual click system. 5 star product finish, protechtion. The Floor covering underneath has this high quality padding. I will buy again.
